FitCoachHub is a connection and listing service only.
We do not manage bookings, payments, contracts, or service delivery.

3. Acceptance of Terms

FitCoachHub may introduce paid plans, premium listings, or subscription options in the future.

• Any charges will be clearly communicated in advance
• You will always have the option to remain on a free plan (if available) or upgrade
• No automatic payments will be taken without your explicit consent

7. Relationship with Clients & Financial Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• FitCoachHub is not a party to any agreement between you and a client
• We do not collect, process, or guarantee payments
• We are not responsible for cancellations, refunds, disputes, injuries, or outcomes
• All services, pricing, and agreements are strictly between you and the client

You agree to indemnify FitCoachHub against any claims, disputes, or losses arising from your services or client interactions.

8. No Guarantee of Leads or Income

FitCoachHub does not guarantee:

• A specific number of enquiries or leads
• Client conversions or income
• Continuous or uninterrupted platform availability

Results depend on your profile quality, experience, reputation, responsiveness, and market demand.

9. Content, Photos & Materials You Provide

By submitting content (text, images, videos, certifications), you:

• Grant FitCoachHub permission to display and promote your content on the Website and related marketing channels
• Confirm you own or have permission to use the submitted content
• Allow us to format or resize content for display (without misrepresentation)

You may request content removal at any time by contacting by email.
